A Key Term to Understand when Talking About the Following Contracts is

"Irrevocable"

1. Irrevocable Pre-Need " Trust Contract Paid in Full at time of signing contract "

• when you are ready to proceed At time of pre-need arrangements or when you are ready to sign a contract, is when you would make a check payable to the "OFDA Master Trust" (Ohio Funeral Directors Association)

• Option for the Goods & Services to be "Guaranteed."  Cash Advance items cannot be guaranteed,

( this will be explained to more detail through conversation ).

2. Irrevocable Pre-Need Contract Using your own Life Insurance Policy

• For this type of Pre-need Contract using your Life Insurance Policy, the policy is assigned to the funeral home. In using Life Insurance Policy funds cannot be prepaid or guaranteed.
• Funds will only be available after the death has occurred and a Death Certificate submitted to the Insurance Company.

* This type of contract will be explained in more detail through conversation with one of the funeral directors.

3. Irrevocable Pre-Need " Trust Installment Contract " with Payment Plan

• Payments over 3, 5, 7, or 10  years

4. Or a Combination of options of 1 and 2 listed above.

each option available through conversation over the phone or in person at a scheduled consultation.
