William P. Kaimburg, age 84, of Columbus passed away April 23, 2022, in Georgia where he was temporarily residing with his daughter, Annette. Member of Spirit & Truth Fellowship Church for 16 years. Retired with the Local Teamsters 413 of 40 years of service. Bill was affectionately known as "Buckeye Bill" for his avid dedication and huge fan of The Ohio State University Buckeye Football team. Over the years Bill traveled to the championship games in Arizona and enjoyed going on the Buckeye Cruise. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William and Irene Kaimburg; sisters, Wilma Colvin and Bonnie Pfeiffer; brothers-in-law, Leonard Colvin and Bill Pfeiffer; nephew by marriage, Charlie Wilson; Bill is survived by Deanna Harless, the love of his life who he referred to as “his Boo Boo”; daughters, Annette (Chad) Lagomarsino and Teresa Hicks; grandchildren, Katelyn Lagomarsino, Kyle, Cory, and Nicole Hicks; great-granddaughter, Violetta Dilbeck; very special nephew, Daniel (Linda) Colvin; niece, Lorelei Wilson; many great-nephews, great-nieces, and other family members and friends. Family will receive friends, Thursday, May 5, 2022, from 4 - 7 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43207.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 6, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Spirit & Truth Fellowship, 11020 Alspach Rd. NW, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 with Pastor Brent Harris officiating. Interment to follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens in Canal Winchester. Bill often mentioned over the years that he would like those attending his service to wear something OSU Buckeye!
