William Eberts

William J. Eberts, age 68, died peacefully at home October 24, 2008, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born June 22, 1940 to Howard and Margaret (Morris) Eberts. Graduate of St. Leo Grade School, St. Charles Preparatory School (1958), The Ohio State University, BS, MSW; USMC Reserves; Past President St. Vincent de Paul Particular Council; CALP; Walnut Hts. Civic Assn; Pioneer Club; OSU Alumni Assn; Retired from AT&T Lucent; Active in area Recovery Community 28 years; member Miraculous Medal Parish. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Barbara (Nicholson) Eberts; sons, Howard (Lisa), Michael (Annie), Joseph (Desiree) and Matthew (Deborah); grandchildren, Kristin, Lauren, Madison, Alexa, Olivia, Mikey, Natalie, Ian, Spencer, Joshua and Brandon; brothers, Howard, Morris (Joan) and Michael Eberts; sisters, Mary (Dennis) Sims, Margaret (Edward) Pincus; nephews, nieces relatives and friends. Friends may call Wednesday November 5, 2008 from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street. Memorial Mass Thursday November 6, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish, 5225 Refugee Rd., Fr. James Colopy Celebrant.
