Selena Dilley

Selena I. Dilley, age 81, passed away on Monday January 4, 2021.  Preceded in death by her parents Charles H. and Gladys Hines Dilley; brother James C. Dilley; brothers-in-law Daniel W. Eakin and Jerry Jones and nephew Zachary L. Eakin.  Survived by sisters Nancy Eakin, Jessie (Louis) Smith, and Patty Jones; brother David (Louise) Dilley; sister-in-law Patty Dilley and many beloved nieces and nephews. Selena retired from Siemens as a software engineer. She resided in Santa Clara CA., Munich Germany, and West Palm Beach FL. before retiring to her home state of Ohio.  Selena had a passion for genealogy and ancestry research dating ancestors back to the 14th century.  The family wishes to thank Mount Carmel East Hospital’s staff for their wonderful care of Selena and family during her stay there. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held on Friday January 8, 2021 at Creighton Ridge Cemetery, Sycamore Valley, Ohio.  Family has requested no flowers.  Donations in Selena’s memory can be made to St. Jude’s or Samaritan’s Purse.
