Samantha M. Forby, age 51, of Columbus, passed away December 21, 2023. Survived by husband, Robert Forby; children, Anastasia Robinson, Zachariah Wolfenbarger, Jeremiah Wolfenbarger, Mike Forby, Greg Forby, John Forby, and Tim Forby; many grandchildren; mother, Cheryl (Jim) McVay; father, Guy (Carol) Wolfenbarger; brothers, Doug Griffith and Guy Wolfenbarger Jr., and other relatives.
