Richard Waller

Richard L. (Dick) Waller, 83 aka "DickyBird", died July 7th, 2014 from complications of lung cancer. Survived by sons Mark (Sue) Waller, David Waller, Bryan (Penny) Waller and daughter Kathy (John) Cowgill. Grandchildren Ryan, Austin, Anna and Tim. Great-grandson Elijah. Sisters, Lillian "Petey" Stephenson and Juleann Joseph; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife Ruth (PGIB) in 2006. Active member of the Southeast Shrine Club, El Hajj, Royal Order of the Jesters and Carpenters Local 200. Attended St. John's Lutheran Church. Served as a SeaBee in the US Navy Reserves (51-63) and retired from Waller & Lund General Construction in 1997. Celebration of life for Dick will be held Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at 6650 Borror Rd Grove City, OH., Pastor Thomas Phillips officiating. Friends and family are welcome to visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.
