Reverend Lovell J. May, age 88, Sunrise May 2, 1929, Sunset November 27, 2017. Retired pastor with Canaan Land Free Will Baptist Church. Pastored for several CCU and Hilltop Community Church. Member of UAW Local 969. U.S. Army Veteran. Served in Army and Navy Reserve and National Guard.

Preceded in death by twin brother, Lowell, brother, George Jr., sisters, Vivian Eicher, Joyce Holbrook, Elsie Saxour.

Survived by wife of 71 years, Wanda May; children, Steven May, Sharon (Michael) Adams, and Ronald (Cindy) May; grandchildren, Todd, Tami, Tara, Jennifer, Joseph, Justin, Jim, Makenna, Elana, and Ethan; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street. Funeral service Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Canaan Land Freewill Baptist Church, 2777 Gantz Rd., Grove City, Ohio, (visitation one hour prior to service) Pastor PJ Rings officiating.
