Philip Gibson

"Buddy" ( Philip C.) Gibson age 41 left this earth to go to his heavenly home Nov 24th. He peacefully went to sleep in his residence at Eastland Care Center where he has resided for 5 yrs. Preceding him in death are his dad, Sam, his sister, Nesha and his grandparents, William and Lillie Kelly. He leaves to cherish his memories, mom Betty (Michael Obert) and son Daylan, uncle Junior (Frances) and many cousins. Always around teasing and flirting were his many friends and neighbors at Eastland, who will truly miss him. His 2 girlfriends, Pam #1 and Pam #2( Buddy my honey) his football pal Greg Cowens and his barber, Shannon Wade who were all so faithful and understanding to his condition. Bud was an avid Dallas Cowboys and OSU football fan. He could be a pain at times and would really smile big when his friend Thelma would tell him he was rotten. He loved that kind of attention. While his spirit is now with our LORD, his body will be shown on Saturday Nov 26th from 5 to 8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street. Bud would not want anyone missing that OSU/Michigan game. Please send no flowers, but would certainly appreciate donations to HDSA and/or Oddessy. Private interment.
