Patricia Anne Daubitz, 81, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2012, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital with her loving husband Donald Daubitz by her side. She was born November 30, 1931 at Ft. Hayes in Columbus, OH to the late Henry Patrick and Pearl Grace Graham. She graduated from South High School in Columbus, in 1948. Pat married Donald on April 9, 1949 whom she met at Par Gates Confectionery in the south end of Columbus, Ohio. Soon after they were married they moved into their new home in Obetz, Ohio where they raised their family and have lived happily for the past 62 years. Pat was a member of the Obetz Lutheran Church and was very active with the Obetz Elementary PTA and volunteered as a bus driver for Hamilton Local School District when there was a shortage of available bus drivers. Pat was also a truly avid Ohio State Buckeye sports fan. Go Bucks!!! She was a wonderful example of love, faith, kindness, compassion, humility and generosity. Pat always showed a genuine interest and respect for her family, friends, and anyone who crossed her path. In addition to her parents, Pat is also preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Daubitz; sisters, Sandy and Linda; brother, Bill; Pat and Don were blessed with their children, Dona (Michael) Barry of Lanesville, IN, Mark Daubitz of Grove City, OH., and Chris Daubitz of Columbus, OH. Pat and Don were also blessed with grandchildren and their spouses, Glynn Bryan and Jennifer Irvin of Louisville, KY., Miranda and Fred Powell of Suffern, NY., Tyler and Janet Daubitz, parents of great-granddaughter, Taylor of Grove City, OH., and David Daubitz of Columbus; brothers, Robert (Patty) Graham of Wilmington, DE., and Michael (Terri) Graham of Buckeye Lake, OH; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Friday December 28, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Saturday December 29, 2012 at 10 a.m., with burial to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates, 8029 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
