Minnie Slaughter

Minnie Slaughter (Muncy) born August 4, 1935 in Pilgram, KY. She was an angel sent from above and loved by so many. Minnie went to be with the Lord on Thursday March 8, 2018. She is preceded in death by first husband George Hall and second husband Cecil Slaughter. Son John Ross, granddaughter Brittany Slaughter and grandson Shawn Markle. Parents Lucian and Laura Muncy (Stepp) and step father Ola Stepp. Sisters Dorothy, Geneva, Connie, Reba, Sylvia and Christine. Brothers Amos, Lonnie, James and Ray. Minnie will be greatly missed by her children Sandy (Doug) Markle, Gene (Tammy) Slaughter, Rita (Bill) Bruggerman and Clifford (Tonya) Slaughter. Grand children Tamara (William), Dalton, Ryan, Jake, Cody, Chelsea, Courtney, Cliff Jr, Kaitlyn and Laura. Great grandchildren Rodney, Aydenn, Aerius, Arianna, Ariyah, Lilah and Cheyanne.

Minnie is also survived by sisters Ruth (Dennis), Darlene (Roger) and brothers Glen (Shirley), Ola (Bonnie), Herbert (Sharon), Donnie (Joann) and Chris (Myrtle). Many nieces and nephews. She was retired from Grossman and Sons but her greatest job was being a great wife, mom and grandma.

Her family would like to thank the staff at St Catherine's Manor in Washington Court House for all the support and love they showed Minnie and her family. They would also like to thank Heartland Hospice for all of their support and kindness. Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 14, 2018 beginning at 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Pastor Densil Wright.
