Mary L. Blankenship, age 77, of Columbus, died December 28, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West Medical Center. Member of The Church Triumphant. Preceded in death by mother Gladys (Atwood) Ellis; brothers, Bertrand Jr., James, and Robert Marburger; sisters Patricia and Patty; beloved grandchildren Lori Beth Blankenship, Tiffany Guice, and Andrew Compton. Survived by husband of 58 years, James Blankenship; children Jim David (Ada) Blankenship, Jerry (Rebecca) Blankenship, Michael Blankenship, Sandra Wendell, Bret (Diana) Blankenship, Shirley Starkloff, and Lori (Lewis) Compton; grandchildren, Jamie, Nathan, Vince, Sarah, Rachel, Emily, Matthew, Brittany, Beau, Geri, Keri, Ashlee, Adam, and Sara; 6 great-grandchildren; sister Betty Isaac; brothers, Lester (Sue) Marburger, and John (Mary Ann) Marburger; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation Thursday, December. 30, 2010 from 4-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Friday, December 31, 2010 at 10 a.m., Bishop William Sciscoe and Rev.
