Madge Ball

Madge K. Ball, age 99, of Columbus, died February 3, 2010 at home. Member of Wesleyan Bible Holiness Church. Former member of Hope United Brethren Church. Retired teacher from Columbus Public Schools and also taught school in West Virginia for 19 years. Preceded in death by husband Frank W. Ball; brothers Leo and Carl Kennedy; sister Posey Gordenstein. Survived by sons Larry Ball of Upper Arlington and James Ball of Columbus; granddaughters Heidi Ball and her husband James Shaffer of Marysville and Michaela Ball of Florida; great-granddaughter Kennedy Shaffer; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Saturday 10:30 a.m., Rev. Lyndell Durr officiating. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
