Larry S. Vick

Larry Scott Vick, 67, passed away on January 14, 2025, in Lancaster, OH. Born on February 8, 1957, to James and Colleen Vick, Larry grew up in a loving family alongside his siblings. He was a graduate of South High School, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Larry dedicated many years to the family business, Vick Tile Company, before extending his expertise to Columbus Concrete Company. In his later years, he enjoyed his role at Walmart in Lancaster, where he continued to make a positive impact until his passing. Known for his kind heart, Larry was an avid animal lover, with a particular fondness for cats. His hobbies included drag racing, martial arts, camping, and fishing, activities that reflected his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, James and Colleen Vick, and his brother, Bob Vick. He is survived by his siblings, Judy Vick-McDonald (Jim), John Vick (Andrea), and Cindy Vick (Denny); his nieces and nephews, Samantha Willis, Wesly Vick (Yazmin), Katelin Bishoff (A.J.), James Vick (Jennifer), and Victoria Thomas (Christian), all of whom will miss him deeply. A celebration of Larry’s life will be held at a later date, honoring his memory and the joy he brought to those around him.
