Kenneth Lloyd Hill Sr., age 62, of Columbus, passed away January 14, 2011 at home. Lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Robin Tau Gamma, spr. '67; Member of Lighthouse Ministries, High Street, Columbus, OH. Earned a Master Degree in Counseling from SUNY (State University of New York), Albany, NY; Bachelor Degree from SUNY, Oswego, NY; Preceded in death by mother, Susan Isaac Hill; father, Al Dozier Hill; mother-in-law, Margie Hensley Workman; sister, Alvanetta Flakes; brothers-in-law, Michael Lee Workman and Floyd Workman; Survived by beloved wife of 35 years, Ethelene Workman Hill; daughters, Kendallene J. Hill Rembert, Marjorie Anntoinette Susan Hill, and son, Kenneth Lloyd Hill, Jr. Boywonder, Zeta Iota Iota, spr '99; son-in-law, Gary L. Rembert and daughter-in-law Katherine S. Hill; sister, Rulondia Hill; brothers, Willie Hill and Al Dozier Hill, Jr., also survived by adopted daughter, Lena Law Fisher and husband Tshombel I. Fisher; Grandchildren, a baby due on Feb. 14, 2011 to be named Kenneth Lloyd Hill, III. or Kamiyah Margie Hill, Tyra Nicole Hill, Jonathan David Hill, Michael Lee Anna Hill, Aaliyah Sarah Workman, Thomas Hill, Treyvor Fisher, Tiayjoel Fisher, Tamerra Fisher, and Takia Fisher; Beloved Nieces, Estartia Fisher, Sojdreanna Jones, and Karintha Jones Hall; nephew, Daniel Flakes; cousin, Bacon (Cathyrne Roberson); many other relatives and wonderful friends. The most important token to Kenneth was the success of his beautiful, and accomplished, wife, Ethelene, a calculus, chemistry, and physics professor; daughter, Kendallene, a systems analyst; daughter, Marjorie, a chemistry teacher; adopted daughter, Lena, a successful mother; and son, Kenneth Jr., a neurosurgeon. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High. Service Tuesday 1 p.m. at Lighthouse Ministries, 1295 S. High St., Rev. Steve Palmer officiating. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
