Kathryn Gruber

Kathryn A. Gruber, age 63, of Reynoldsburg, passed away with her family at her side at Grant Medical Center on March 25, 2012. Kathy was secretary for Senator Ben Gaeth for 25 years prior to retiring as Administrative Assistance to the Director of ODNR. 1966 graduate of Northmont High School in Englewood, Ohio. Preceded in death by parents George and Phyllis Stock. Survived by husband, David C. Gruber of Reynoldsburg; 2 step-sons, David J. (Paula) Gruber of Columbus, and their children, Ian and Evan; Jeff S. (Dorie) Gruber of Hilliard and their children, Katelyn and Alyson; sister and brother-in-law, Jill and Doug Lee of Defiance, Ohio; aunt, Eloise Wandling; brother-in-law, Jerry Gruber of Columbus; niece, Jennifer (Chris) Oole and their daughter, Julia Oole; nephew, Matthew Lee; step nephew, Tony (Michelle) Gruber and their children, Courtney and Mia; step-nephew, Gerald Edward (Martha) Gruber and their children, Matt and Ellie; Visitation Wednesday 5-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Thursday 10 a.m., David Petry officiating. Interment to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Gardens.
