Julia Hayes

Julia (Kozma) Hayes, 94, of Columbus died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 following prolonged heart problems at the Kobacker House in Columbus. Born May 27, 1923, Julia was the daughter of the late Sigmund and Julia Vargo Kozma of Millfield, Ohio. Julia was a resident of Columbus for over 70 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley N. Hayes, two sisters and five brothers. She had a daughter, Joan E. Hayes who faithfully cared for her over the past twelve years. She also has a son Rev. James H. Hayes of Chardon, Ohio. She enjoyed her three grand children, one great grand daughter and one great grand son and many nieces and nephews. Julia was a member of the "Beacon Chapter Eastern Star" for over 65 years. Julia will sorely missed by many friends and loved ones for her keen sense of humor and great stories.

Family will receive friends Monday September, 25, 2017 beginning at 2 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Rev. Jim Hayes (son) officiating.
