Judy Waugh

Judy M. Waugh, lost her battle with cancer on March 29, 2011. She was born April 12, 1947. Preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Edra Thompson Waugh, brother James Waugh, and nephew, Jackie Waugh. Graduate of South High School, Class of 1967. Member of AMVETS Auxiliary Post #1312, V.F.W. Auxiliary Post #3424, and American Legion Southway Auxiliary Post # 144. Survivors include 3 brothers, Jack (Polly), John (Patti), and Jerry (Carla) Waugh all of Columbus; 3 sisters, Martha Jean (Glenn) Blakeman, Janet Wise (Bill Haywood) of Columbus, and JoAnn (David) Willett of Midland, MI. Very best friend since 3rd grade at Southwood Elementry, Beverly Stump (Lambert); many nieces and nephews, especially Dana Shoemaker who cared for her during her illness and Megan M. Muncy. Judy loved cooking for her family and friends and so very much enjoyed their company. The family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts during her illness, with a special thank you to all of the staff at Mt. Carmel Hospice who gave her such wonderful care. Family will receive friends Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Saturday 11 a.m., Rev. Dr. William L. Snider officiating.
