Judith A. Thomas, age 71, of Grove City, died February 3, 2008 at home. Member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by parents, John and Ada Gears; siblings, Patsy Ruth Gears, Jack, Joe and James "Hoot" Gears. Survived by husband of 50 years, Lawrence Thomas of Grove City; son, Michael (Karen) Thomas of Orient; daughters, Patricia (Ralph) Erckert of Tipp City, Oh., Bonnie Thomas of Grove City, and Jeri (Robert) Beck of Ashville, Oh; grandchildren, Marc, Kelsie, Kirsten, Amanda, Lauren and Benjamin; siblings, John (Fran) Gears, Jeff (Linda) Gears, Jerry "Buck" Gears, Jane Kay Wagner, Jay David Gears and Danny Ray (Judy) Gears; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Gears and Rose Gears; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Family will receive friends Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street. Service Saturday 10 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 4850 Haughn Road, Grove City, Ohio, Rev. Ruth Pribe officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
