Survived by father Aaron (Vickie) Murphy; mother, Myra Kay Stephens; siblings, Jeremy and Justin Stephens, Courtney and Brittany Murphy, and Dustin Slicker; grandmothers, Gertrude Murphy and Nancy (Mike) Bowen.
