Jon Stephens

Jon P. Stephens, age 80, passed away Friday, October 28, 2011 at Mt. Carmel West. Preceded in death by parents, Henry and Martha Stephens, brother, Jerry Stephens, and sister, Nona Brown. Survived by wife of 20 years, Joann; son, Jon Mark (Trinna) Stephens; daughters, Theresa and Kathy; beloved grandchildren; sister, Irene Van Hoose; brother, Denny Stephens; many nieces and nephews. Retired Sgt. Major after 30 years with US Army, also retired from Chemical Abstracts as head of security. Delivered Meals on Wheels for 12 years for Life Care Alliance. Visitation Monday, October 31 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will take place on Tuesday, November 1 at 10:30 AM, Pastor Tom Wright officiating. Interment Harrison Twp. Cemetery, S. Bloomfield with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Life Care Alliance (Meals on Wheels), 1699 W.
