John Pernell

John Pernell age 62, of Obetz, passed away on January 1, 2021 at home with family at his side.  He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on August 22, 1958 to parents, Joe and Carolyn Pernell.  He graduated from Hamilton Township High School class of 1977.  We worked for Union Fork and Hoe for many years.  An avid Steelers fan, John bled black and gold and would love to be remembered as such.  John is preceded in death his father Joe Pernell.

Survived by mother, Carolyn Pernell; sons, John Pernell Jr. of Indiana, and Scot Pernell of Ohio; daughter, Brady (Alex) Reyes of Indiana; grandchildren, Jeremiah Fodey and Hayden Pernell; brother, Michael (Michele) Pernell; sisters, Crystal (Ed) Tucker and Tracey (Scott) Napier, all of Ohio; nephews, Travis and Trevor Wright, and Dylan Napier; nieces, Dawn Pernell, Jenny Chavez, and Taylor Napier.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mount Carmel Hospice Care (Nurse Anita Moore RN).
