"Every Community needs a man
of toughness in character,
leader of the down and outers,
can debate with the political elite,
yet converse with the man on the street
at the corner of Barthman and Parsons Avenue.
Determined to make the world a better place to live
because Joe Gartin once passed this way."
Thanks Joe.
