Jim Reese

Jim D. Reese, age 64 , of  Obetz, Ohio,  passed away on March 7, 2024. He attended Spirit & Truth Fellowship Church and enjoyed being a part of the worship team as the drummer. In addition to Christian music, he also had a passion for country music. In earlier years, Jim loved roller skating and showing how low he could go skating around the rink. He recently had gone roller skating and still enjoyed it even though he could not do the fancy moves. Jim also enjoyed bowling, golfing and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Wilford “Shorty” and Nora Reese; his brother, Paul E. Reese and infant brother, Joseph. Jim is survived by his wife Sharon A. Reese; daughter, Jennifer (Billy) Keyse; sons, Paul, Preston and Peyton Reese; grandson, Bryce Keyse; brothers, Danny, Tom and Bobby Reese; many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Family will receive friends Tuesday, March 12, 2024, from 3 pm until 7 pm at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 South High St., Columbus, Oh., 43207. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday March 13, 2024 at 11:00 am at Spirit & Truth Fellowship Church, 11020 Alspach Rd. NW, Canal Winchester, OH., 43110 with Pastor Brent Harris officiating.
