Irene Payne

Irene L. Payne, age 76, of Obetz, passed away at her home March 19, 2014. She is preceded in death by husband, Clyde "Short" Payne and sister, Verda Mae Jones. Irene is survived by 3 sons, Terry (Linda) of Galena, Ronnie (Robin) of Obetz, and Garry of Maineville, OH; 4 grandchildren, Michael, Allison, Kevin, and Dylan; siblings, Lonnie (Geneva) Liford, Jean Allen, Pauline Rhodes, Dean (Ann) Liford, and Wayne (Connie) Liford; many nieces, nephews, friends, and the many children whose lives Irene touched at the Hannah Neil Center, where she was referred affectionately by the children as "grandma". Visitation Friday March 21, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. with service at 11 a.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., Rev. Leon Stevens officiating.
