Everett H. "Ed" Phillips, Jr., of Reese Station, began his walk in Glory January 20, 2013. Preceded in death by son, Michael "Mickey" Phillips, and parents, Houston and Edith Phillips. Survived by his wife, Karel; daughters, Wendie (Alfredo) Martinez and Kelli (Chris) Maynard; grandchildren, Michael and Charles Phillips, Eddie (Kerri) Johnson, Christy (Adam) Cordle, Donnie and Zack Phillips, Brian, Karah, Faith, and Isaac Hill; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Hiram (Linda) Phillips; sister, Maryann (Danny) Miller; brother in Christ, Paul DeVore; faithful and loving dog, Coco; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. U.S. Navy Veteran. Everett was the owner of K & E Market and Pizza and also a route driver for Pepsi. He was a member of Lighthouse Ministries for 14 years. He chartered the Central Ohio Chapter of Fellowship Christian Hunters and was a lifetime member of Apache Bow Hunters. Visitation Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 from 5-9 p.m. at Lighthouse Ministries, 2295 S. High St., Columbus OH 43207 where service will be held Friday 10 a.m., Pastor Stephen Palmer officiating. Arrangements entrusted to GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High Street. (Flowers should be delivered to the church).
