Evelyn Ewing

Our earthly angel, Evelyn Ewing, age 87, of Grove City, will be spending her first Christmas in Heaven this year celebrating the Lord's birthday, with her loved ones who preceded her. She passed through the gates of Heaven on December 21, 2015.

Those celebrating with her is her husband, Eugene "Red" Ewing; son, Robert Ewing; granddaughter, Kerry Ann Ewing; parents, Walter and Dorothy Weber; siblings, Lee Etta Weber, Lawrence Weber, and Robert E. Weber.

Survived by children, Lorraine (Bob) Griffith, Lorretta (Paul) Endicott, and Ed (Brenda) Ewing; daughter-in-law, Cathy Ewing; 7 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, Parker Reese; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Evelyn was a lifelong member of Livingston United Methodist Church. Member of Grove City Chapter No. 502 OES.

Thank you to the Blanton House family and caregivers and especially to Charlene Burdett who was watching over her as she received her calling Home.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 from 3-7 p.m. (OES Service at 6:45 p.m.) at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015 at 10 a.m., Rev. Jim Donnan officiating. Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery.
