Dr. Donald E. Cook, born November 8, 1928 passed away peacefully February 17, 2009 at home surrounded by his family. Graduate of Bexley High School Class of 1946 and from The Ohio State University Dental School in 1952. Dentist from 1952-1989. Member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity, Psi Omega Dental Fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon - Honorary Society, Board of Directors Columbus Dental Society from 1973 to 1978. Member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Lt. J.G. U.S. Navy Veteran. Preceded in death by wives, Rosemary (Bitzer) Cook and Muriel (Ealy) Cook; parents Dr. Edward and Edith Cook. Survived by daughters Cheryl (Brad) Tharp of Canal Winchester, Diana (Charles) Gordon of Bexley, and

Janet (Walter "Chipp") Krumm of Upper Arlington; grandchildren Brian Tharp and Chelsea Gordon; brother Ted (Linda) Cook; sister Neva (James) Henley.
