Daniel Eakin

Daniel W. Eakin, age 73, passed away at his home on Monday, December 31, 2007. Preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Faith. Survived by his wife Nancy; his three sons, Jeff (Jeannie), Pat (Patty), and Eric (Pattie); and his beloved grandchildren, Jeffrey, Amy, Zachary, Erica, Sam and Caroline. Daniel retired from RCA/Thompson Consumer Electronics in Circleville. He was a world champion powerlifter and holder of 6 world records. Daniel played baseball for the Washington Senators organization and locally for the Columbus Jets. He also performed with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME at 1351 S. High Street. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 5684 Groveport Road in Groveport, Ohio, Fr. Richard Metzger Celebrant. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. The Family wishes to thank Mt.
