Clarabelle Carter, age 83, of Grove City, a loving and devoted wife, caring and passionate Mother, proud and playful Grandmother and Great Grandmother, and a fun loving sister went back into the arms of her husband and entered the Gates of Heaven on Saturday, October 10, 2015. She was born November 12, 1931 at the Hartman Farm. Attended Grove City Church of the Nazarene. Retired from Bob Evans Corporate Headquarters.
Preceded in death by loving husband, Jack Carter, parents Forest "Shorty" and Marvene Rinehart and Son-in-Law Bradley Malloy.
Survived by children Debbie (Chuck) Lemke, Craig (Carol) Carter, Donna (Gordon) Wright, Cindy Malloy aka "George" and Jonathan Todd Carter. Cherished by grandchildren Jason Carter, Chad Sullivan, Heather Church, Jerad (Rachael) Carter, Kelly (Andy) Thompson, Brooke (David) Neal, Nicholas Wright, Christopher Wright, Kimberly (Manuel) Turcios, Mallory Floyd, Christopher Malloy and Alayna Carter. Will be truly missed by Great Grandkids: Hayley Carter; Charlotte "Charly" and Brody Thompson; Ayden, Mason and Braxton Neal; sister, Marjorie (Hap) Happeney; brother, Donald Rinehart.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME 1351 S. High Street.
