Briley Johnson, age 79, of Columbus, died February 26, 2008 at Grant Medical Center. U.S. Army Veteran, Korean War and awarded 2 Bronze Stars. Preceded in death by daughter, Beth A. Johnson; parents, Wayne and Florence Johnson and sister, Vivian Spencer. Survived by wife, Nancy Johnson; children, Julia L. Johnson of Galena, John W. (Anita) Johnson of Galena, Randy Shank of Gahanna and Jo Ellen (George) Montell of Glenford, OH; grandchildren, Nicole and Jacob Johnson; Ted, Mikayla and Sara Shank; Kyle, Chris and Courtney Montell; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Family will receive friends Sunday 3 to 7 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Monday 11 a.m., Mike Mahan officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
