Betty (Butchie) Lee Costlow, born September 17, 1944, passed away on November 3, 2022. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Costlow Sr., fiancé, Ronnie Stepp, mother, Virgie Hicks, father, James Loar, stepfather, Sam Hicks, brothers, and sisters. Survived by children, Helen (Damon) Abdon, Lesa (Ronnie) Sprouse, Robert Jr. (Vickie) Costlow, Jessica (Charlie) Queen, and Pamela (Michael Blankenship) Costlow; grandchildren, Brandie (Jimmy) Dommer, Christina Pilkington Plaisir, Ronnie Sprouse, Joey Costlow, Ryan Costlow, Ashley Smetanko, Tiffany Elkins, Heather Connell, and Devin Fortune; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and Little Barbie; sisters, Donnie Costlow, Libby (Doug) Hawkins, Barbie Ford, Samantha Hicks, and dearest sister and best friend, Billy (Jon) Costlow.

Family will receive friend, Monday November 7, 2022, beginning at 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., with Pastor Ed Maynard officiating.
