Arnold Casto, age 88, died December 31, 2009 in Marengo. U.S. Army Veteran. Member of American Legion Post No. 97 and Local 400 Retirement. Preceded in death by wife Ruth Casto; son Leroy Casto; daughter Leina Casto; parents Willard and Lula Casto; brothers Shirley Casto and Raymond Casto; sister Cora Grimmett. Survived by daughter Theresa Casto; son Tim (Donna) Cottrell; granddaughter Miranda Metzger; sister Lucille Gardner and Helen Gardner; brother Bill Casto; sister-in-law Lela Cottrell; special niece Roxie (Jeff) Mayle; many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High St., where service will be held Monday 10 a.m., Pastor Ed Colegrove officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery with military honors.
