Alberta Havens

Alberta Mae Havens, daughter of Walter and Pearl Blessing, was born June 25, 1925, in Columbus Ohio and passed away June 7, 2019, in Cincinnati Ohio. Alberta spent most of her working years employed at St Elizabeth Hospital in Covington, Kentucky and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She loved being with people, shopping at flea markets and playing games with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Havens; daughter, Gloria Harris; great-grandson, Dillon Santos, her mother and father, brother Charles Blessing, sister Evelyn Waugh and sister Betty Roe. She is survived by her son Bob Houchins and wife Brenda of Jackson, MO, 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren along with good friends John Decker, Gayle Smith, and Kathy Vogt.

Visitation Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at GRAUMLICH FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S. High with graveside service to follow immediately at Obetz Cemetery.
